da imperador bet: Luis Enrique's side misfired in the final third as the Parisians were held to a goalless draw against their struggling hosts
da supremo: For the first time this season, Kylian Mbappe barely had a sniff. The France forward toiled through 90 minutes for Paris Saint-Germain, but was starved of opportunities as they were forced to settle for a frustrating 0-0 draw against last-placed Clermont Foot in Ligue 1.
In Mbappe's stead, Ousmane Dembele failed to capitalise, unable to strike when handed numerous chances for Luis Enrique's side. Dembele enjoyed the best chance of the early goings, firing wide after a sweeping PSG move down the left-wing. The France winger had another go shortly before half-time, but lashed a volley at the goalkeeper from a tight angle.
Clermont did offer a threat going forward, meanwhile. Gianluigi Donnarumma had to make a duo of acrobatic saves just after half-time, and was called upon again a few minutes later. Mbappe responded with a close attempt of his own, missing the target after a well-worked attack.
Goncalo Ramos offered an injection of attacking quality off the bench, but replicated his team-mates' struggles in key moments, seeing a close-range effort denied after a swift Parisian move.
GOAL rates PSG's players from the Stade Gabriel Montpied…
Goalkeeper & Defence
Gianluigi Donnarumma (7/10):
Made three saves — two of which denied what seemed to be certain goals.
Achraf Hakimi (6/10):
Clermont tried to exploit the space in behind him, and were largely successful in doing so.
Danilo Pereira (7/10):
A solid shift at centre-back, including one vital goal-line clearance.
Milan Skriniar (7/10):
Better on the ball than in recent weeks, and made some neat forward passes. Lost his man on a few occasions, though.
Marquinhos (6/10):
Solid at left-back, and didn't try to get forward too much — which was a good idea considering how attacking PSG's left side is.

Bradley Barcola (5/10):
Tracked back effectively, made one crucial block to prevent a Clermont Foot goal inside 10 minutes. But he was a bit loose at the other end, some poor touches halting promising PSG attacks.
Vitinha (6/10):
Tidy on the ball, but a bit lacking in the final third. Not his best showing after a strong run of form.
Fabian Ruiz (5/10):
Part of a double pivot that struggled to gain control of the game in the early goings. Didn't to enough to suggest he deserves regular playing time.
Ousmane Dembele (5/10):
Could, and perhaps should, have scored twice in the first half. Wasteful in the final third at times.

Randal Kolo Muani (6/10):
Played in a more central role alongside Mbappe. Had some nice touches, but wasn't clinical enough
Kylian Mbappe (6/10):
A bit of a frustrating game as he was double-teamed every time he touched the ball.
Getty ImagesSubs & Manager
Goncalo Ramos (6/10):
Introduced with 30 minutes remaining. Missed a good opportunity late on.
Warren Zaire-Emery (5/10):
Replaced Vitinha. Didn't give the Parisians much control.
Luis Enrique (5/10):
Went for a very attacking side, with Dembele, Kolo Muani, Mbappe and Barcola all forced into the same side, and it didn't work out. It's not a bad point, but it'll be a frustrating one.
