Former heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury appeared to have a chance meeting with Manchester United "legend" Sir Alex Ferguson over breakfast.

Recently retired boxer Fury took to social media on Thursday to post a photo of him and United's former manager at the Golden Triangle restaurant in Cheshire. The photo shows the two enjoying breakfast, with the 36-year-old saying it was an encounter of two "legends".

Alongside posting a photo of the pair at a breakfast table, Fury wrote on Instagram: "Legends of different games! #BREKFAST."
